Our onboarding process can take up to 3-4 weeks from getting started. This ensures we've collected all relevant assets, crafted your unique strategy, received newly filmed raw footage, and complete edits to start posting.

You will be appointed a dedicated Account Manager as your primary point of contact, and have access to our Senior Strategists.

All of our content ideas are delivered bi-weekly with instructions on where to film, angles of the shot, what to say, and reference links as needed. You'll upload the raw footage, and we'll take it from there.

As a client, you will have a private chat space with our team, and regularly scheduled calls. Either of these places are great for questions, getting support, sharing goals and updates. We're available M-F 9AM-6PM CST.

So do we! Thats why follow a proven onboarding process to extract all your unique details, then apply those to our initial and ongoing strategies.

Of course! You'll have opportunity to review the ideas before you film, after edits, and before it gets scheduled.

Now that wouldn't be much fun, would it? We may use previous b-roll or content depending on the footage, but the majority of the content we'll be posting together will stem from our fresh strategies aligned with your goals.

Yes and no- we encourage you to post on stories, however 'posting on the grid' should be limited, and in line with our mutual agreed goals.

Contrary to popular belief, more isn't always better! We focus on quality content and will post 5x/week for you (per platform)

We're not an ads agency. All of our content is considered organic, intended to build a warmer, authentic audience.

We believe "overnight success" only happens as a result of meticulous planning and preparation. Therefore, we require a 3 month initial commitment, then continue to work together on a month to month basis.
